About Me

I am a qualified ITEC Massage Therapist with qualifications in remedial, deep tissue and Swedish massage. I have recently returned to Devon having practiced in ski resorts in Switzerland for the last five years. 

 

I believe deeply in the value of massage, both for relaxation and remedial benefits, and take a lot of time and care to understand my clients needs so I can provide the best treatment possible.

 

Throughout my life I have been involved in sporting activities and I have a keen understanding and interest in how our bodies work and the importance of maintaining a balance in all areas of life.  Learning to listen to your body and responding accordingly can lead to a healthier, more comfortable future - particularly as the years tick by!
